WebVisible Announces the Appointment of CEO Kirsten Mangers to the Alzheimer’s Association Orange County Chapter Board of Directors

IRVINE, CA – June 4, 2008 – WebVisible, Inc. a leading interactive advertising software provider, announced today CEO Kirsten Mangers has been  appointed to the board of directors of The Alzheimer’s Association  - Orange County Chapter. Kirsten will work on behalf the organization by promoting corporate advocacy and financial support in the Orange County community.

“My grandfather passed last year after a long battle with Alzheimer’s and my mother has been diagnosed with the onset of dementia,” said Kirsten Mangers. “At a time of great need, the AAOC was there for my family. I am honored to assist this fine organization in its continued efforts against this insidious disease.”

An Orange County entrepreneur and philanthropist, Kirsten was born and raised just miles from where the corporate headquarters of her Irvine-based software company, WebVisible, Inc. now stands. Her involvement with Alzheimer’s Association began nearly two years ago as a co-chair of the chapter’s Visionary Women Circle - a membership group whose purpose is to cultivate a closer relationship between the Alzheimer’s Association and the community. Since she began with the organization, Kirsten has worked in aid to members of her immediate family that suffer from the disease, which affects 60,000 people living in Orange County today with the prevalence expected to grow to 66,000 in the next two years.

According to the “2008 Alzheimer’s Disease Facts and Figures”as many as 5.2 million Americans are living with Alzheimer’s disease, the seventh leading cause of death in the country and the fifth leading cause of death for those over age 65.

Additionally, Kirsten is Vice Chair of the Southern California Technology Political Action Committee, an internationally renowned industry speaker, and a self-proclaimed "small business advocate."
