WebVisible’s product Waterfront Executive Limo has been in business, serving the New Jersey tri-state area for ten years. They specialize in providing upscale, professional transportation services to corporate clients, but also provide transportation for weddings, proms, sightseeing, funerals and other events, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Owner Julio Clavijo fields a large fleet of 10 limos, 40 Lincoln town cars, 5 vans, and 5 busses. Specializing in travel for corporate accounts, much of his business comes from word of mouth referrals. Over the years, he has experimented with Yellow Pages advertising with limited success.
As a luxury item, Waterfront’s services are being affected by the downturn in the economy as companies are scaling back on expenditures. Earlier this year, to counteract the decline in business, the company turned to WebVisible’s interactive marketing programs to generate new leads. With a balanced approach of advertising across Yahoo!, Google, and Bing driving traffic back to a streamlined Landing Page designed to drive action-oriented conversions, the results were almost immediate. With nearly 142,000 ad views, the program to date has driven more than 1,700 visits to the Landing Page where all actions such as phone calls, form fills and e-mails are tracked as conversions. Currently, the campaign’s conversion rate is greater than 13%.
"The economy is tough right now. But I'm seeing a lot of new customers that say they came in through the Internet," says Julio. "The customers are coming in through Yahoo! and Google, so we know that it’s working."
