ChamberClicks is an innovative new Chamber member affinity program, designed to address one of the most challenging issues raised by all small businesses - how to make the Internet work for their business. ChamberClicks provides a complete program for your members, and a non-dues revenue stream for your Chamber, with your only requirement to "tell your members about it!"

ChamberClicks will create a personalized Internet marketing strategy for each of your members who participate, and will drive qualified, targeted visitors to the member's website, giving the chamber member the opportunity to gain significant new customers through websites like Google, Yahoo, MSN, AOL & Ask.

What is the value to our Chamber?

By offering ChamberClicks to your members, your Chamber will provide a solution for your members to the most challenging business questions today - "How do I compete on the Internet?" and "My potential customers aren't just using the yellow pages books and newspapers anymore to find products and services they need, so how do I make sure they find me on the Internet?" With a co-branded ChamberClicks program, you'll be able to provide a simple, effective answer to your members, and further reinforce your relationship to the chamber member by maintaining your position as a trusted source to them of business solutions. In addition, you have a recurring non-dues revenue opportunity as ChamberClicks provides a royalty to your Chamber for all active participants in the program. What does our Chamber have to do to participate?

In order to participate in ChamberClicks, all your Chamber has to do is sign up to be a ChamberClicks Referral Partner. There is NO COST for the Chamber to join the program. You can request a Partnership Agreement by emailing clee@chamberclicks.com or calling (888) 217-8996.

How do you help me "tell my members about ChamberClicks"?

Upon signing up to be a ChamberClicks partner, we provide you a marketing toolkit and resources as part of your launch. The kit includes logos and banners you can display on your website, educational articles you can share with your members, and suggested activities such as educational webinars, seminars and events we can pursue together to "tell your members about ChamberClicks." In addition, we provide your Chamber your very own co-branded ChamberClicks website, reflecting your Chamber's participation in the program.

Do you offer a special discount for Chamber members?

Yes. As part of our commitment to Chambers of Commerce, we have specifically created this program to provide your members a value-added service by waiving the setup fee for chamber members and offering a discount on advertising packages. The discount is further illustration of the value of being a Chamber member.

Can non-members sign up for Chamber Clicks?

Yes. Non-members can sign up for ChamberClicks, but at higher monthly price and setup fee, thus they will not be able to access the benefits of being a member of your chamber. By requiring membership in your chamber to receive the discounts, we help to encourage them to join your chamber to receive these benefits.

I need approval from my board to add a new affinity or member benefit program - what information can you provide to help?

We have resources and materials designed for your use with a chamber board presentation. In creating this program jointly with Chambers of Commerce across the U.S., we developed a board package for you to use that helps explain the program, Chamber member benefits, and benefits to the Chamber. We offer those materials to you upon request.

How are you able to guarantee traffic?

Through our years of experience in managing search marketing campaigns for local businesses like yours, we are able to assess available inventory and implement specific methods to find targeted traffic for you. In the rare circumstances where we are unable to fulfill 100% of the contracted visitors within the contract period, we will refund the value of the undelivered clicks.

I only want people from my area to click on the ads. How can you guarantee that I only receive traffic from my area?

We can use the search engines to target your campaign to the cities or region based on a consumer's Internet Protocol (IP) address, which is an approximation of their physical location when searching. ChamberClicks takes the extra steps to use local geographic terms in your keywords and ad (e.g. Burlington auto repair). This lets the search engine user match with where your business is located or focused. Thus, the search engine user will only see and click on your ad when he or she truly is interested in your business.

How are the keywords determined?

Our team of professional editors and copyrighters goes through a comprehensive review of each individual merchant's website to create a custom strategy and discern the best keywords possible to drive qualified potential customers searching for the products and services they market, to their website.

Do I need to write my own keywords?

No. While suggestions for specific keywords that you feel are important to be included with your campaign are welcomed, coming up with specific keywords is neither necessary nor encouraged. With this program, you have purchased a turn-key service that is managed by professionals experienced in search engine marketing and trained to identify and select the best keywords to drive potential customers to the your website. You gain the benefit of years' experience and history of hundreds of similar businesses to yours in other markets around the country.

How can I ensure that, after finding me through the search engines, customers will actually buy products and services from me?

Chamber Members receive TWO discounts. First, the ChamberClicks setup fee is waived. Additionally, you will receive a substantial discount on monthly costs vs. other comparable services for the entire life of your contract.

I'm not a Chamber member. Can I still purchase your services?

Anyone is eligible to purchase our service, and we welcome your inquiries. Because of our affiliation with the local Chamber, discounts for ChamberClicks are only available to Chamber members. Because of the discount to Chamber members, and the many other benefits of the Chamber, we strongly encourage you to consider joining your participating Chamber. You can enjoy its many programs and the discount from ChamberClicks.
